Christopher E. Avallone is co-chair of the Appellate Section and a member of the Commercial and Business Litigation Section. Avallone focuses his practice on representing clients in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on disputes between shareholders or members of privately-held companies, breach of contract actions, and class action defense. He is recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2023) for Commercial Litigation and is listed as a Wisconsin Rising Stars (2022) in Class Action/Mass Torts.
Avallone is a member of the Board of Directors for Project Return, a non-profit organization that provides services to people after incarceration. He is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association and Fairchild Inns of Court. Avallone received a J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A. from Marquette University.
