- Good Samaritan Medical Center (FL) announced massive plans to redevelop its West Palm Beach campus into a mixed-use health care district. Plans include a new 225-bed hospital, a medical office tower, workforce housing, luxury condos, a hotel and other mixed-use amenities along the water. The project is estimated to cost between $2B to $3B.
- Cleveland Clinic announced key milestones for its new 200-bed hospital and ASC in West Palm Beach, Florida. Demolition and site preparation work will begin this year. The ASC is expected to open in 2027 and the hospital in 2029. The Clinic has raised $180M for the project through a capital campaign.

- Hawaii Pacific Health has acquired the last parcel needed for its $1B Honolulu redevelopment project to move forward. The project includes a new 12-story medical tower, a 20-story parking garage and improvements to several existing facilities.
- Hale Makua Health Services announced plans for a new $160M health care complex and workforce housing project in Kahului, Hawaii. The health care complex will offer skilled nursing, along with physical and occupational therapy.
- University of Texas leaders announced plans to develop the new UT Medical Center with MD Anderson at an alternate site in Austin, Texas. Officials said the original site was constrained. The project will be moved to land owned by the university near a mixed-use project called “The Domain.” The university owns 389 acres in that area.
- St. Jude started site work for a new $810M advanced research center in Memphis, Tennessee. The 13-story tower will be located on a 5.8-acre site near St. Jude’s campus.
- University of Michigan Health received approval for a new $83M behavioral hospital and $60M ASC in Lansing, Michigan.
- Moffit Cancer Center is planning a new outpatient cancer treatment facility on 34 acres in Lakeland, Florida. The project is being funded, in part, by a $10M donation.
- Over $200M in new ASCs were announced or completed by health systems this month. The projects are located in AL, DE, IA, MA, OH and WV.
