It’s that last one that comes hardest to many. Some people are born with confetti in their hands. Others celebrate by moving to the next thing on their To Do list. But this is the season for celebration, so let’s take a minute, pour ourselves a glass of sparkling grape juice, and look at the bright spots in the past year. It’s easy to see the shadow, but the shadow is only there because of the light.
For our firm, we grew (Hi, Joanna and Nick! We miss you, Carter), we stretched, we learned. We achieved some goals, we changed some, and we missed others. But we gained because we strived towards those goals – met or unmet. We worked hard on our bringing our new people into our culture. We looked for unnecessary bottlenecks, speedbumps, and friction. We introduced some necessary ones, too.
We are ready to start 2026 off running! Well, maybe first a quick nap, then off and running! We can’t wait to hear about your celebrations and goals. We’re ready to help!
