Brusky is a Shareholder in the Trusts and Estates Section. He focuses his practice on elder and special needs law, estate planning, probate and trust administration. He is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® in Elder Law (2007-2025) and Wisconsin Super Lawyers® (2007-2024). Brusky is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Sections of both the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association. He received a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A. from Santa Clara University.
Lemkuil is an Associate in the Business/Corporate and Trusts and Estates Sections. He focuses his practice on corporate and estate planning matters including estate planning, estate administration, succession planning, transactions and real estate. He received a J.D. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
Papendorf is a Shareholder in the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group. With more than thirty years of experience in litigation, Papendorf assists clients in a wide range of areas including business, employment, real estate, personal injury and family law. He is a member of the Outagamie County Bar Association and Wisconsin Defense Counsel. He received a J.D. and a B.A. from Valparaiso University.
