von Briesen & Roper, s.c., today announced that attorney Sherry B. Clay joined the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Section.
Clay focuses her practice on estate planning; tax planning including revocable trusts, irrevocable grantor trusts, life insurance trusts, supplemental needs trusts, spousal access trusts, beneficiary grantor trusts, and qualified personal residence trusts; administration of probate and non-probate estates; and premarital agreements. She has significant experience creating and funding family business entities and foundations. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is a volunteer for the Wills for Heroes Foundation, an organization that hosts pro bono clinics to prepare free estate plans for first responders. Clay received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Patrick Henry College.
