DeLorean Bryson v. Kevin Carr, 2022 WI App 34 (addressing limits on DOC’s power to take money from inmate accounts for court obligations)

State v. Sergio Moises Ochoa, 2022 WI App 35 (affirming circuit court’s exclusion of certain self defense evidence and use of pattern instruction on self defense despite absence of definition of “reasonable belief”)

Outagamie County v. C.J.A., 2022 WI App 36 (special verdicts for ch. 51 recommitment trials)

State v. Catti J. Meisenhelder, 2022 WI App 37 (search of vial incident to arrest for shoplifting was reasonable)

State v. Junior L. Williams-Holmes, 2022 WI App 38 (circuit court could require court permission for defendant’s living arrangements as condition of probation)
